1.2 Any unexcused absences or lack of active participation may result in discontinuation of the program without any makeup classes or repeat modules.

2.1 All personal information provided during the registration process will be handled with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
2.2 We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information, and it will only be used for program-related communication and administration purposes.
3. Non-Disclosure of Vital Information
3.1 Throughout the training program, you may gain access to confidential and proprietary information. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
3.2 The obligation of non-disclosure remains in effect even after the completion of the training program.

8. Respect for Co-Trainees, Superiors, and Project Lead
8.1 Mutual respect and professionalism are expected from all participants throughout the training program.
8.2 Treat your co-trainees, superiors, and project lead with courtesy, fairness, and respect, fostering a positive learning and collaborative environment.
9. Ownership of Project Creations
9.1 Any project or work created during the training program is the property of the organizing company.
9.2 The organizing company retains the exclusive right to utilize, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any project created within the program for promotional, educational, or any other lawful purposes.
10. Grievance Redressal
10.1 In the event of any grievance or complaint during the training program, you may raise your concerns with the designated grievance officer or program coordinator.
10.2 The organizing company is committed to addressing grievances promptly and in a fair and transparent manner.
11. Risk and Impact
11.1 While every effort is made to ensure the safety and security of participants during the training program, you acknowledge and assume any associated risks.
11.2 The organizing company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the program.
12. Green Compliance
